About Brent Lambi

Reputable Midwest developer and property manager Brent Lambi graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a bachelors in accounting, and from Creighton University with a juris doctor degree. While he was pursuing his JD, Brent Lambi was employed by Spaghetti Works Restaurant, Inc., a restaurant, entertainment, and bar corporation operating in the Midwest.

Shortly after graduating, Mr. Lambi took a job at Coopers and Lybrand as part of their tax department for client compliance and planning. He passed the certified public accountants (CPA) exam while a law student, and served as a CPA and tax specialist during his time at the firm. While working for the financial firm, he was hired once again by Spaghetti Works Restaurants as CEO.

It was through his position as CEO that Mr. Lambi began gaining experience in the real estate sector. For several years, he bought and sold businesses and real estate holdings on behalf of Spaghetti Works Restaurants. Further, he oversaw the purchase of new locations for the corporation, along with site development for its operations.

Following his tenure as CEO, Mr. Lambi went into business for himself as a real estate investor and developer. For more than 20 years, he bought and sold multifamily and commercial buildings around Missouri, Texas, and other Midwest states. He still holds eight of these properties, including his most recent purchase of 13 acres of land in Hollister, Missouri, in 2014.
